the Blackstar reminds me of my Epiphone/MusicYo! Electar Tube 10, an ace little unit that has one 6L6/6V6 and one 12AX7. one input, two tubes, no waiting.

i have an Origin 20 on my want list…i still don’t have an EL34 amp, and loved the one i tried out at Guitar Center.

Ok, after a few hours in a rabbit hole, a purchase, the dreaded wait for delivery and a quick speaker swap, my Blackstar now has a Jensen C12R speaker and I couldn't be happier. That thing sounds awesome now.

i put a C8 in the Electar and it’s just great. i also put a Alnico 10” in the Princeton Reverb which i also love. i’d been playing it through the Jensen and a 12” Weber JBL clone, but lately i’ve just been using the Jensen.
