I just found two LPs I've been looking for on Ebay, they are both $1,000.

Still doing really horrible. Finding out as well that my support system of people seem to just not be available when I need to talk. Maybe it's me.
I kind of want to just give up, but that's not what I need to do. I just don't really know what I need to do. And I don't know who the hell I can ask.
I feel like I'm about to lose the only person in my life that I can count on to be there.

why do you think this? is there a reason, or are you tripping yourself out?

We talked about it today. The issue is that she's worried that we aren't on the same life paths. I mean, I know what I want to do, I just have no idea how to get to that point. I can't afford to go to school, and I have to move to the wrong side of the state, even though I promised her for months that I'd move with her. I feel like complete shit over it, and knowing that it hurt her kills me.
I'm so sick of letting myself down, and letting her down. I don't know what the hell to do, though.

what is keeping you from actually moving?
is it a lack of funds?
do you think that you have to be in school there? you don't. you can get a job and wait for next term.
what's "wrong side of the state" mean?
sometimes it's actually simple in conceptual terms. it sounds like she needs you to come be with her and show her that you're serious, even if that doesn't include the exact options you've got in your set right now. that means you should show her that you're serious, and find a way to go and be with her. reconsider your assumptions from the view of "how can we make this work?" rather than "look at all the problems in the way." rise above your anxiety, and then fuck it in the ass.
i don't mean to come off all Henry Rollins and everything, and i don't mean to dis you in any way. but really, i think you know what to do, and just have to do it. there are ways to get to where you want to be, and you can find them. look outside your expectations. it might not be simple, but there usually is a way from Point A to Point B.

Yeah, pretty much. I have no way of affording to make that big of a move right now. I can't find anyone to let me crash there so I can get a job and get settled, either. Unless there's someone here who would let me crash for a bit or something, I don't think it'll happen.

I want to go to school, but I need to find a way to afford it.

If I move with my friend, it's literally on the opposite side of the state. Albany-Niagara.

That's what I need help with. I can literally not afford to move without moving with someone with money, or crashing with someone until I find a job out there. I don't know how to do what I want to do. Any advice, man?

the obvious question is "why don't you live with Kate?" is she in a dorm or something? does she expect you to find someplace independently? or is that what YOU expect of yourself?

Beautiful day, I'm feeling productive, trying to stay positive, and someone just commited an armed burglary not far from me. So now I have to sit in the library for a while before I walk home. I don't have my notebook on me, either. Fantstic.

bum some note paper from a librarian. they're usually sympathetic that way.
