Duke Nukem Forever is out.
And people on the internets are killing me, man...arguing for 20 pages about how Duke is a misogynist and how society views that as acceptable these days and all kinds of shit.
IT'S FUCKING DUKE NUKEM, DID YOU FORGET?!
I KNEW VIDYA GAMERS OF TODAY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT.

Every review - EVERY review - that I've either read or heard from personal friends who pre-ordered it say it absolutely SUCKS. Every last one, including a lot of serious Duke fans.
I hadn't planned on getting in any case...Sam PWNS Duke any day!

yeah I heard it was pretty weak as well.
And I also like Sam more. Sam has amazingly beautiful GRAFIX that aren't really duplicated in other games.

Just ordered an 15" LCD TV to use for dual monitor pc, and wii hookup so I don't have to fight for the TV.

True...OG Sam still looks good on my big HD monitor.*
* 'shameless bragging ahead' warning - 27" Samsung P2770FH; 1920x1081i res, full-on HD, 1ms response rate...had it a month now and I'm still
seriously stoked over it!

That was pretty awesome. lol at hitting the spikes after going through all that though.
The last one I played was Sonic Adventure 2, which had its ups and downs...all of the other next-gen sonics look like crap though this might be enjoyable.
To be honest, the only outright awful next-gen Sonic was "Sonic The Hedgehog", aka Sonic '06. Glitchier than fuck, weird looking character models (sonic looks real lanky and deformed), and a story dabbling in bestiality. A travesty of a game.
Sonic Unleashed, however, was the start of something of a return to form for Sonic, and continued through to Sonic Colours on the Wii. This game is going to pretty much be like that gameplay-wise, as far as the "Modern" Sonic gameplay. "Classic" Sonic (the one in the GIF I posted, will have gameplay right out of Sonics 1-3. And Sega has confirmed that there will be no other playable characters in the game other than the two Sonics.

I'm just overwhelmingly excited for Mass Effect 3. By far my favorite RPG series....

New laptop so in a pc gaming mood. Bought Dragon Age 2. Not perfect by all means but not as bad as some reviews make it out to be (20 hours in)
Hungry for RPG's though.
Any suggestions?
Played Morrowind, Oblivion, KOTOR, Witcher 1 (yet to play 2 probably wont run on my laptop), ME 1 and 2, FO 3 if you were planning on suggestin thosee
Overall looking for a good western style RPG to waste some hours with.
