Diggin the hell out of the Ampeg-ish vibes out of that combo shell, and 9 out of 10 times I prefer a head/cab setup.

I really would've like one of these amp heads but the ones I really want don't fit atop my 2x12 vertical, probably gonna sell my sovtek and buy an old or120 because I really do miss that sound from the several years I had before I decided to drop guitar for keys for a couple years.

I really wish he did custom builds I would probably ask for a smaller version of the sister

The Hellhawk is more of a 60s 100 watt Marshall than anything else but it does get into that classic Matamp/Orange OR series/EA territory at max gain with the EQ set more subdued than you'd normally EQ a Marshall. It also gets into the territory of Sabbath's early Laney tones at high volumes.

Laney tones are the only ones I really care about.
I've got my Pro Tube eq'd to do nice warm British cleans and I love it.
If the Hellhawk does the same thing plus more I'm in.

I love how simple the control layout is but I'm also digging the blending of the voicing. That just opens up a world of sex.

If we're fantasizing:
I really like the description of the clean channel of the Decolonizer. I'd love that channel alone in a combo.

I'm gonna say something unpopular but I actually really disliked my Laney Klipp, had it for a year after I sold my OR120 (because the gremlins it had were too much to deal and I was moving in to a smaller apartment at a time I wasn't proactive enough to make my own band). I literally used it maybe 5 times, it was a loud and heavy but dull in ways I couldn't put my finger on.

Also the sister would be awesome but I just need it in a smaller head, literally want it to be the same wattage and volume but in a case similar to the size of the shiv. The OR120 is literally only .5 wider than the shiv so it will fit perfectly atop my 2x12. The hellhawk would also be cool although I only like slightly broken up amps which I boost with my Ge rat.

Now that I have a nice guitar, a nice cab, and I'm actually getting all sorts of projects from noise punk to mathy jangle rock, I actually want to have an amp I really want to have forever. My Sovtek Mig50 is cool but it's lacking at times.
