Been following this thread forever and slowly building my rack up. Created this in a single take. Ran the setup through a little delay and reverb before hitting record.

*accidently posted the wrong band link but it’s corrected now.
** i would post a pic of the setup but have been struggling to get the modular grid link to copy

cool stuff suh!

if you click on Show, Screenshot at the top of ModGrid, it should launch a page with a jpg of your rack. copy the address, put it in post, highlight it, click the IMG tag at the top here, booyahkah.

example -

https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/image/797835.jpg
with [*img] [*/img] (take off the *'s) around it like so -

[*img]https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/image/797835.jpg [*/img]

which ends up -

once you take the *'s out.

huh. the once a month music thing i make noise at, there's a cat from 4ms here. he's using, and going to lightly demo, a Spherical Wavetable Navigator. NEAT.

i have INTERESTS.

Wooo!!! A year and a half into this wired ass journey, I'm finally going to play for some people. Also, y'all, come to Denver on a second Monday of the month (or maybe a 4th Monday soon, too????). WMD's Freq Boutiques are awesome. And if you come, probably definitely bring your synth, email Alex and tell him you wanna play.

Noise Engineering stuff is like crack to me at this point. It's so hard to resist buying everything they make.

Dude nice! Saw that on WMD's post about it, looks like fun.

I'm waiting for a uGrids to arrive for a little drum sequencing I need for a gig on Monday....USPS is fuckin me here. Also just got asked to do a short set on local radio on Sunday so that's even less time to get ready ughhh. I might go down to Switched On today and pick up the trigger man they (allegedly) have sitting there. Seems like a fine trigger sequencer in 8hp, which is just what I need.

Thanks for the offer behndy homie but I picked up that trigger man today and it is quite awesome. Lots of shit packed into 8hp here. Pattern chaining, copy/paste, shifting, etc. Really rad.

lol. i did for a hinute on a trade but did NOT give it the proper love.

been using a 4plus for a little bit and loooove it, but want MORE. so digging this so far. using it with a VBlocks and Quad LFO. tempted to swap the Quad for the V4+, but mannnnn those slowwwww long LFOs. YUMMY.
also, Fracture is GOOD. makes me really want a Chimeras. just Fracty clean and BIA through LoFi Junky -

Yeah the trigger man is pretty easy to figure out - and doesn't feel cramped since there's really only 2 knobs to deal with. On the surface it looks fiddly but after an hour or so I going through all the modes with the manual, I no longer need to consult it really and I feel pretty comfortable. Occasionally I find landing on the precise step I want while the sequences are running can be tricky but otherwise it's quite good. Probably not as "jammable" as the noise eng stuff but the first mode lets you dial up different sequence complexity on just one knob dial, and you can click through each output to set it - works pretty well live!
