Yeah, those telegraph switches have an interesting feel - only takes a little tap, and then a hard stop - different tactility than even a common soft switch. The stutter function on the OGs was underwhelming - too blippy to really register well imo. But this seems to improve on that somehow. Still, I think those switches are better for hands-on use in a table-top scenario...and aside from the looks (which is what drew me to the stutter (and looked way better on that, imo), I'd rather have an arcade button for tabletop use.

Yessssssssssssssssss indeeeeeeeed. Love the pins, pretty awesome.
Came across it while looking for something that would be a great to manipulate the live drums that I loop, in real-time, and came across this:

It's really expensive, and really really large but the real-time performance control, is there anything like this elsewhere? I'm not aware of anything quite like it . . . .

Momentary? I WANT OCTAVE DOWN ALL THE TIME.

This actually looks pretty great, but I would need one that's double the size because of all my stereo equipment

You and me both. AT LEAST, twice the size. I could fill 8 inputs just with instruments

I could make a pretty nice sampler/looper setup using one of these, my Digitakt, Organelle, and a couple pedals though....
I need to have less expensive ideas
EDIT: ooof, just looked up the price. That's a little steep. If I really want to go down this route again, I'll just get another Patchulator

My retirement account is asking you to make me understand this concept

Indeed, hadn't looked at the price yet. Another thing that makes me wish I had the time, intelligence and wherewithal to learn how to build this kind of stuff myself
