Jams through my Vox have proven this a deserted-island pedal. Right now permanently my chain is Dewdrop>SubFuzz>Tap-A-Delay>PY>mini Gnomeratron. I mix other things in but I would be very content with this as a gigging board for bass AND guitar.
Next step is modding a VPjr to be a CV expression sweeper. And then...GAS is pretty low, if at all existent anymore. Brian SOLVES PROBLEMS.
Also PY is the epitome of bass dirt. In the big bass rig it makes me grin and giddy like nothing ever before. A masterpiece, if you will.

I know my One Spot recently did, that piece of fucking shit. So maybe the Voodoo Labs is finally going to it's grave? FML if so.
Anyway, glad it's back!
What was the issue? ringing?
If not.. I might have to get a second one. so dibs.
Hah! You got dibs bro! Who knows right???
The issue was lack of volume and it just wasn't working quite right. Turns out that it may be my power supply. So that's good at least!
I've had zero issue with noise like other folks. I don't know where that's coming from.

Oh no - what happened to the One Spot? Do you have a CS7 or CS12?
Every once in a while I'll see the blue light on my CS7 flicker, or hear a high pitch ringing. It always gives me a panic attack. Thus far it has been reliable (other than the occasional flickering), but your note worries me!
Gonna ape you here as well. Like I said in the other thread and on the video, it rendered like shit. Check it if you want some idea of the range, skip around if you like, ignore otherwise
Goddamn, I hadn't even thought about trying High on Fire riffs through this. See you in a few days....

Why the fuck haven't I done this yet? brb......

It's pretty goddamn epic. Especially when you put the expression pedal on the PY.

I think someone else may have mentioned this, but this thing is awesome as a modifier of other pedals. I'm actually keeping it last in my chain.

Anyone curious about the FM might find this video I made informative/entertaining: https://www.instagram.com/p/BSH-ywwg8Wr
I basically constructed a really primitive sequencer by generating an oscillation on the Dream Reaper, then tuning the Pretty Years' notch filter to a nearby tone & turned on the FM. Wild stuff y'all.
Also hell yea Eric is right, reverb -> PY is killer

Over the weekend I figured out that if you can sweep the notch filter, you could basically fake a phaser. So I pulled the LFO out from the WMD Protostar and yay fake phaser.
