This is a few pedals short of my normal board, but a few of my patch cables shorted out at a recent show. Also looking to throw on a flanger. Any suggestions?

Flangers?
Are you looking to get any specific sounds out of the flanger, Bigman?
Or do you just want a basic flanger? Cause I think both Cody_Pole and I are fans of the Vortex.

I'm getting a Faye Sing sometime after Christmas, pretty stoked. I'm a everything to ten kinda Guy when when it comes.to modulation...so I'm looking for crazy pitch bending seasick sounds. None of that swooshy van Halen nonsense. Will check out out the vortex though, sounds gnarly.

You can get some pretty whacked out detuned sounds out of the Vortex. I think it can do extreme, weird sounds better than many flangers. I like the flexibility of the TonePrints. I've only tried three of them so far, but the options should be getting more and more vast as they keep making new TonePrints available for download. My only criticism (and it's pretty slight) is that it's not the warmest sounding pedal, but it's a flanger. Flangers aren't supposed to be warm, right?

here's board no.2

Workhorse>sft>pitchfactor>modfactor>hyperion>moth>englishman>timefator>SMBH>WIIO>Space>modfactor>AD900>monarch
gunner was right about shoving the top row up makes room for the middle row.
and with some risers under the bottom of the eventides, the stomps aren't in the way of the lower rows knobs.
the aux pedal sends tap to all 5 eventides.
the workhorse might get booted for something different.
i'm not sure it's working properly (devi???)
might put the silver rose here and put a ram muff on the other board instead.
the two modfactors sync'd gets really really great new tones. not overkill at all.
four pedals still on my want list
Iron Ether - Oxide
Iron Ether - FrantaBit
INFANEM - FAYE Sing (actually waiting for the dual phaser version Fay's Her)
MadeByMike - Dream Box (IC Muff & MXR distortion2)
must wait until next year. i have enough toys right now.

On the work horse Muddfuzz was having some problems with his so you may want to shoot it over too someone in the BST to take a look at it.

first i'm going to try to track down some instructions. it's been sitting idle for 6 months. and i don't remember what does what.
IIRC gunner had a list on the devi board of what all the switches did and what combinations made which pedals.
right now i'm not even sure which way the starve knob works and i'm just getting a mess of noise out of the pedal.

Start with all the switches up and knobs full clockwise except for tone and volume.
