It really is a boss tone, just kills it. I think ehx made a version with their satisfaction pedal.

You got dibs I Am really digging it, i can understand why oil can echo was low on the totem compared to tape but I really love it and all it's quirkiness. Awesome tone that sounds great with all sorts of fuzz types. Also love how the treadle works as a wet dry mix to bring in and out the repeats.


Also, here is this delicious vintage Jen Variospectra chorus/tremolo modulation pedal. Adds some real girth to the tone, and everyone knows girth is what matters.

Probably a lot more reliable than tape. And easier to service. And that boss tone sounds killer. I'm rocking a clone I built myself. Gotta love that sustain into feedback. Just awesome.

There is a needs to be serviced one on eBay right now Might be able to snag it for cheap, I've seen loads of info of on them online regards to servicing etc.

Would be nice to grab that. I'm flat broke at the moment. Have to put money into traveling into Melbourne three hours away for my dads 70th in a couple of weeks. Kind of puts gas on hold for now.

I was gonna keep an eye on it, thinking about spare parts. If the price is right I might grab it. Maybe we can work something out down the road? No big deal, I wouldn't mind having a spare/project.

Seconded, easily my favorite fuzz in my collection. Great low voltage squelched sounds and sort of muff alternative doom sound.
