Everything set up for the pic. There will be more cables and distance between pedals and amp(s).

Awesome, I saw your "new amp" thread, where you finally decided on the Roost and it sounds like a pretty cool amp.

What is the other amp in the picture?

It's a vintage tranny. The H&H 'Musician Valve Sound'. I got it from ebay for cheap and when I first tried it I was very disappointed. I thought I'd get a clean machine like some Roland Jazz Chorus rip off and then I checked it out and it always distorted. So I put it away (I even stuck it in the b/s/t, but noone was interested). And so I just had it sitting there gathering dust for two or three months until I bought the Roost and my bandmate complained that he doesn't have the money to fix his old half stack (which ironically is a Funkshun and thus a Roost offshoot!) and his other amp just wouldn't be loud enough compared to the Roost (which is beastly). So I tried to but my H&H on his old bass cab (Winston BC-100) and - lo and beold! - it sounded like a match made in heaven. Superclean, superawesome. Well, I guess I shouldn't have tried the 100W amp on the internal speaker of my 12W combo. Probably the distortion was from the speaker. You live, you learn. Now i need to buy the cab from my buddy!

I envy all you folks with houses/garages where you can play an amp bigger than 5 watts ;)

Very cool. What speakers are you using in each of the cabs? I've contemplated running my bass through my V30 loaded Avatar Contemporary 4x12, but I don't have much extra cash laying around for replacement speakers.
