Skyrim: Special Edition preload time. :yay:

It's genuinely been years since i've actually played the game and not just play for 10 minutes until the game crashes because of having way too many mods installed.

All this new Skyrim business and I just reinstalled Oblivion. I didn't like Skyrim nearly as much though (are we going to open up this rabbit hole?)

I did the FCOM: Convergence install for Oblivion and this game is incredibly hard now. I'm just getting my dick stomped in left and right and I actually have to think about stuff now instead of blindly blasting through.

I didn't like Oblivion, Morrowind was my jam though. Skyrim I like, but it wasn't what I wanted for an Elder Scrolls game.

ESO can die in a fire.

Well duh Morrowind is the best. Shit is fact.

Fingers crossed Elder Scrolls VI isn't a pile of trash. It has been a downward trend since Morrowind though.

Skyrim is fine enough, though I think that you get the most out of the game if you self impose your own Roleplaying character rather than micromanaging stats. The more you actually play as an Assassin or a Mage, the better you get at it rather than just picking a Class and being stuck with it. I get why people don't like the game, though it is kind of trendy to rag on nowadays and PCMR douchebags like to shit on it.

Though I love all the TES games so much that Fallout never really appeals to me because it's close enough to TES that I would rather just play that instead. Just like I can't stand playing Dragon Age because I really love Mass Effect :idk:

This is, quite honestly, my biggest gripe with F4 and Bethesda.

#BringBackObsidian

New Vegas was the best Fallout game by far.

I was thinking about this today and I would have to agree wholeheartedly.

I'm replaying F4 right now. I'm really enjoying it the second time through. I feel like all of their games just get better the more you play them.

Skyrim has the Steam workshop going for it. Feels so much easier to use than going through nexusmods or whatever. Of course, I can't use all the best Skyrim stuff because I never bought the DLC. :picard:

I really wish FNV had workshop integration.

Yea the Steam Workshop sucks though because a lot of the best stuff isn't on there. I think there are some weird limitations with using it but I don't know them off the top of my head.
