the fuck? I got a C on my last group presentation for my business communications class when we clearly did a good job. It wasn't perfect, but out of the four, ours was easily one of the best in the class. The instructor (who I'm now going to see if I can protest as incompetent) took off multiple points for not including an agenda when we handed one out to every member of the class. Buuuuuulllllll shit.

find an attorney with experience in this sort of thing. LOTS of experience. typically these things can get plea-bargained down to probation and an expunged record, especially for juveniles.
