Took advantage of an empty house to have a nice mellow post-rock jam. Swell-y.

Oh, yeah. I also got the newest Japanther single yesterday. Though, I still haven't listened to it.

i just wrote an essay for my business class thing about mismatching socks. i feel really really cool right now. i wrote some very intelligent sounding paragraphs on the topic of "societal problems and marketplace needs that aren't fulfilled, problems that remain unsolved, and things that don't work."

but i have to credit a vice interview titled "foot dicks." i think i might leave that off, in my high school classes no one ever gave a shit about what you credited anyway, lulz... i don't even think this teacher asked for a works cited page.

Do it, do it, do it! Once I quote articles about In Rainbows and another about Clap Your Hands Say Yeah for a paper about the effects of the Internet on the music industry.

Beer + Pizza sounds yummay. I'm still in bed at 7pm but soon I'll have to get up or wet myself. Yay days off! Yay using my bladder as an alarm clock. Boo drinking chocolate milk then being too lazy to brush teeth before sleeping. Yay being too lazy to type the word "your"

I just want to have things sorted so i can rest...we started the mortgage-loan-modification thing almost 2 years ago and it had just gotten done when i lost my job, so it's been constant crisis for at least that long. of course, the Gretsch guitar that i played when i was in the Midwest summer before last is still sitting in the shop there, too...

Last night was kind of rough because we had a site launch on the west coast, which means we switched the old webserver for the new one at midnight Pacific Time, and I'm on Central time (it was 2AM) and then I had to stay up a few hours to monitor it and make sure there weren't any problems. But that's all over now, because today is awesome!

I had breakfast with my little brother and my girlfriend. I got my Algal Bloom today in the mail and I've got all day to myself to play it. Later my girlfriend and I are going to the Les Paul and Tesla exhibits at Discovery World. :joy: :joy: :joy:

PS - wrong thread for this, but someone will know: What are the four unlabeled knobs on my Algal Bloom XS? Edit edit: Nevermind, I figured it out from the bigger Algal Bloom and experimenting for an hour. :!!!:

even though it's full of clichés, american patriotism and it's a bit cheesy, World Invasion: Battle for LA is an entertaining movie

I had two good days in a row. I feel unusually good, like I haven't in a long time! I don't feel like a zombie! Haven't felt anxious for a while, either.
I'm really enjoying the music I'm listening to as opposed to it just being background noise 'cause I've been in a rut lately. Also, I'm completely satisfied with my SBV-500. The pots are of different tapers than I like but I'm not ever changing them unless one breaks.

Spring kicks ass!

I said, "I am a golden god" to myself for probably the 1,000,000th time tonight at work. I just figured out a way to carry a box of hot dog buns, 12 sausages  , five packages of gross gas station wraps, and two pizza rolls all at once.

I don't know if I've mentioned it, but the time it take for me to get to and from work is almost exactly how long it takes to listen to You're a Woman, I'm a Machine.
