Shit that goes on in the world (death, beauty, rape, love, blah blah blah) is the same shit that's been going on forever. You aren't some beautiful and unique snowflake noticing the true shittiness of the world for the first time, you're just looking at life from the same, tired perspective that plenty of sad people have looked at it from for thousands of years.

Think about this simple dumb analogy. Break it down and think about all the ways it might apply. So you're standing a few feet from a wall. It's got graffiti on it that says "fuck your mom" and someone shit there, it smells like piss and there's a homeless guy jacking off while staring you straight in the eyes. Then you look to your left and there's a crate. You stand on the crate and suddenly you can see over the wall and there's a lush field of flowers and a super hot chick is masturbating while staring you straight in the eyes and this sudden breeze of air rushes at you and pushes beautiful jasmine scents through your nostrils. That's life right there. The trick is finding a way to be able to stand on that crate more often than not. Once you find the trick it gets easier and easier as time goes by.

There are oppressed people with no rights living lives that are more satisfying to them than yours is to you. And there are kings richer than you can imagine with harems of beautiful women and toilets made out of pure diamond that are sadder than you. Debt, girlfriends dumping you, winning the lottery, all these things don't really matter. It's all relative. You sound smart, go find out how to appreciate things because right now you're reluctantly munching on a moldy piece of bread when you could be ravenously feasting on a buffet of delicious endangered mammals. Life is out there to enjoy.

I'm not going to say I'm not racist(but I didn't say I was), because we all know that when you have to tell people you're not something, that typically means you are.
