I can't seem to break 125# on the OHP...by far my weakest lift.
IKTFB

I jacked up my shoulders after years of playing rugby and now I can't OHP with a barbell anymore. I can use 50# dumbbells but once I put it on a barbell my shoulders lock up. I can't do upright rows either as a result.
man i don't do upright rows 'cause i know that shit's gonna fuck me up :/ it's a shoulder-killer. why would you even want to do them? or do you mean standing rows
I did them when I was playing rugby in hopes that I could have beefier shoulders when I tackled. Fat lotta good that did.

For carbs I do try to use ones higher in fiber. However I eat some oatmeal for main source

You really don't eat vegetables? My mum would not be happy.

Get your stir-fry action on. Vegetables stir fried are awesome, especially mini corn cobs and red bell peppers. I could replace most of my grains with vegetables and be happy. I don't... but still.

Lazy bones.
That meat does look damn good though. I haven't had a thick peace of steak like that in a while. How do you like it? I like mine medium-rare and then left to sit for a few minutes to cook a little more on its own. Then it's in between medium and medium-rare.
edit: but more on the medium-rare side.

rare to medium rare. The better the cut the less rare it needs to be
