Mine was pretty easy. It was originally white so I just roughed it up a bit and did about 25 coats of paint.
Each coat was just literally a dusting though. I don't have a proper booth so the thin coats dried super fast and made the whole thing pretty damn easy.

I'm still not 100% on the wiring for the pickups.. I don't like the way duncan said to do it… might have to adjust.
he concept is what I thought a pawnshop fender Bass VI should be which is a total mutt
plays good, sound good so far
