Sign me up for a Large then, I dont run my stuff that tight but I would be all about it
Personally I would dig an all white shirt with black design or all black shirt with white design.
If people can get enough orders I can have my t shirt printer make a run but it needs to be like 15+ shirts + the screen fee.

designed in mspaint, pressed entirely by someone else - what do you think nick?

this was M, this design felt a bit small as the other t-shirt i made and ordered had a different basic layout and that was way looser, also M.
LARGE PLEASE

Yea I heard about it and discussed this during OLY class. Quite a freak weight lifting accident. What he should have is as the weight went back, drop the barbell backwards and move forward so as not to let the weight drag him down. It ended up bouncing off the floor and severing his spine. Extremely rare accident overall.
Seems the real problem was that they had plates behind him. Dude was a pretty strong guy if you google him and check out stuff preinjury video.

Regarding the shirts, I can have them screen printed and made via my t shirt maker however we need to order a minimum of like 15 shirts and also pay a 100$ screen fee (1 time fee) if we get them made so I would need a good # of orders ect

Dude, I'm a 40 year father of three little boys and married to a Presbyterian. There's no way that shit would fly in my house. Good lookin shirt though.
Plus I have no testicles.

Im going to need about 8 or 9 of those shirts. Is the design above the final one?
I FINALLY broke thru and did 185lbs for 5x5 last night. I had struggled with that weight for a long time, feels good to move on. I also broke thru another plateau and did 95lbs on an overhead press for 5x5. I had a good day at the gym yesterday.

Nice work Louis! Feels good indeed. Keep grindin' away. How long have you been doing StrongLifts?
I can't seem to break 125# on the OHP...by far my weakest lift.

IKTFB

I jacked up my shoulders after years of playing rugby and now I can't OHP with a barbell anymore. I can use 50# dumbbells but once I put it on a barbell my shoulders lock up. I can't do upright rows either as a result.
