I think cold brew is aight.
I haven't ever had a cold brew that is fantastic, nor have I brewed one that is fantastic. IN terms of cold coffee I prefer just getting good coffee and making an iced coffee out of it.

Call me Swedish but 33% of the point of coffee is it’s hotness. It would be unacceptable to remove the other two element which is taste and caffeine. Actually removal of caffeine is sometimes okay.

I have absolutely had cold brew that was incredibly nice and converted me to it vs just drinking iced coffee

I actually bought some decaf yesterday for the first time ever.
I want to drink more delicious bean juice than my brain can tolerate.
