I'm convinced that one of the stock ingredients at Pizza Hut is a mild laxative of some sort ... kind of like Horsey Sauce.

CT pizzerias are highly influenced by the NY school of pie, though I prefer deep dish myself.

I've mostly moved to making my own pizza these days. Works out great in the cast iron skillet.

That sounds both delicious and healthy. I usually grab pre-made whole grain or wheat dough and bake up my own custom deep dish goodness.

Funny Little Ceasar's came up earlier in this thread. I've always wondered how their pizzas could be priced so cheaply. Something recycled must be in the equation, though that would actually be green and/or sustainable. :idk:

Since I'm in the south we have Chick-fil-a's on like every other corner. The hate makes the chicken taste better I swear, I still feel a little guilty though.

Chik-fil-a sauce is tight as fuck no matter what you put it on. Sort of glad there isn't a Chik-fil-a within 30 minutes of me so I'm not tempted to go get it.

We have a kitchen aid mixer. Makes pizza dough a snap.

Usually my wife makes the day with time to let it rise. Then I come home and shape the dough and make the rest of the pizza. Typically roasted red peppers and spinach. Occasionally onions and prosciutto.

Honey mustard with a bit of BBQ homie, same thing....

On the pizza note, there is no good pizza outside of nyc by the slice and chi deep dish. Pequods suckas. If you make it to chicago PEQUODS
