Really sad, appreciated her posting on gear and (her) life. Always enjoyed her contributions.
I had two acquaintances who made it out of Ghost Ship, and one who didn't (Joey Casio RIP) Just incredibly tragic, this fire that seemed to affect a few hundred lives initially but of course has truly had such a massive ripple effect among the thousands in their social / friendship circle.

This is terrible news. Sorry to hear of her untimely passing.

Wow. It took an anonymous Internet personality to drive home what happened.
And I don't know what else to say than "I'm sorry."
Unreal.

This friggen sucks, especially when PV was finally in a good place.
Will be very much missed,
reading through a few links it breaks my heart that people will do all sorts of stupid shit to honor someone who dies but can't have the courtesy to call someone, She or He if that is how they want to be remembered.

This is so sad.
Edit: Misremembered thread, but basically she posted stuff about being trans that really helped me work through stuff. She was eloquent about that stuff.

Yeah so on the money and not afraid to educate boneheads like myself, who can be non-intentionally ignorant about those things, with patience and grace.

For sure. I forget who I was talking to about this, but I feel like every generation has a point when they feel old and clueless about something, no longer as in touch, so to speak. I felt that way about trans culture—nothing resembling a negative thought, rather just felt clumsy in my efforts to understand what people go through. Psychic's comments always helped me with that. A wise, funny soul—I'll always be grateful for the gems I picked up from her

I talked to her quite a bit in PM and am sad to see I deleted our messages.

I mean, I generally delete everything because of the limit you know? Fucking so sad man.
I wish there was something we could do.

As pathetic and small as it seems what we can do is keep being a great community and being cool to one another, and continue to fight bigotry and intolerance wherever it grows. Fuzz is love, fuzz is life. Love is the answer.

If you want to keep more messages, you can create folders and move them there. Little trick for you. I delete all mine anyway though.

Article was a tough read (from an emotional perspective) , I don't think there is ever going to be any real justice in this situation, I do hope the families find some peace.
Still miss PV's contributions to the forum.

Jesus what a hard read. Such an awful thing that seemed preventable but man, after reading that, there was so many things in that place that could have went up at anytime. So fucking sad. I miss PV too. She was a great gal who has an awesome spirit.
