I will forever regret selling my AHS #1

How useful is the bias control on the Step? Will it (the bias control) affect my signal in cool/useful/unpredictable ways when stacked with other dirt?

Edit: I do now realise that it's not some kind of bias control but actually reminiscent of the TB's attack knob. Still don't have a clue what it actually does though? I ordered one to find out.

Same basic circuit, different frequency response? Something like that. Supposedly more mid-focused.
