I see a picture of four red knobs sitting loose on what appears to be a Trapper Keeper from 1986
It's a bit like a Rorschach test. Some people see 80s toys. Some people read the first post and see
Well this thing is the EQ from the HM2 with a whole lot of volume on tap. There is an additional mids control; and a toggle to switch to the stock HM2 mids circuit, or bypass the mids entirely.
125B top jacks.
, and yet others see the TAB to the opening riff of Soon to be Dead. There have been also been reports of people hearing LG Petrov yelling at them to go modular, but I haven't been able to substantiate that one.

I have blood spurt stuff being delivered tomorrow actually, then its justa lot of work to build the enclosures and polish them. I have fancier capsules this time too so I'm quite excited. working on enclosures for the blood sport too, but i need to do a different enclosure to fit the controls. So that's a work in progress.

Currently wrapping up Salt Box and Coahuila Drive production (should be all done by the end of the week) and then swede saw pcbs should arrive when I get back to NY after a little trip to Austin for Christmas. I have a week off, so building them should be pretty speedy.

Setting up shop hasn't been cheap, so I've been spreading the cost across the months.

Thanks for the shout outs, the first saltboxes are on their way out now!

I definitely want one of the Swede Saws, I end up using my HM-2 as a boost/EQ most of the time anyways.

Someone told me recently that the Behringer copies are better than the Boss ones. I picked one up dirt cheap a couple of months back out of curiosity. £15. Swag! What I'd heard was right, at least to my ears. It's crazy good. And it's bright pink. Side by side with a variation of matched settings, it makes my HM-2 sound a little shrill in comparison, through my gear anyway.

Shame that it's plastic, but I don't gig anymore anyway, so it's not really getting stomped on. Build quality might be garbage, maybe I'll look into rehousing it, but for the money it's banging.

I keep meaning to pick one of those clones up to compare with my MIJ just because, well, it's the price of a pizza. :)

I had the Behringer then got a couple MIJs and they both sounded thicker so I kept one. I do wish it was pink tho

You could rehouse it in a DOD Thrash Master and really fuck people’s minds up
