OK, that hold function is pretty sweet.

This seems pretty cool. Would love to play around with one.

Modulation is after the reverb then?

no trails and no expression control
if it weren't for that i'd be ordering one now but as is i don't know if i'd be able to make the most out of it. i really like the concept a lot.

Didn't hear any choppy trem in the video - did I miss it?

I'm not sure if I want this or if I should go for a third round with the Superego.

I'd rather get this or a Raptio instead of a Superego but maybe that's just me.
A bit dumb they made the hold function dependant of the mix control though, now you can't have 100% wet reverb and use the hold function together.
Curious what those speed and depth controls do on the filter mode, those filter sweeps they're doing at the beginning seem too irregular to be possible without some knob tweaking.

i noticed everytime i heard a filter sound that was really funky there was knob-tweaking going on but the video wasn't being too clear about it.
SNEAKY.
it was hard to tell whether its a static filter or has an LFO like the flanger and trem.

so does the hold 'grab' from the input signal after it passes through the mix control? weird :?:

I assume the hold works the same way as the EHX Cathedral, if the mix is 100% and you hold youll just get verb, buf that's cool because yoi can keep playing and qhen you release the hold your playing would immediately hit the verb again so you can control yer verb drones.

Trem chops around 8:30 in the video.

Yeah. definitely couldn't resist. Sounding weird as hell. Because I need three reverbs and three delays on my pedalboard. OBV.

Give me a raptio and something like the kompact kassette or misty cave any day (I know they ain't the same). Agree on the knob tweaking...I can't stand doing that live. Maybe there is a trails dip switch? One of the hipsters seemed to be controlling the filter sweep with picking intensity...Kinda like the full filter sweeps vs chirps on the rattle crow. It sounded kinda goofy when pony tail was janglin' one note.

I don't know, maybe it's the style they played. Kinda boring. Give me some variety to judge the pedal. I dunno.

I'm sorry, I know a lot of you like these guys' pedals, but that video irritates the hell out of me. Sell me the pedal not the Echo Park/Silverlake experience (hipsterville if you dont know what im refering to). And I dont want to watch some hipster ironically headbang. I'm kinda looking for a reverb too and this company is using mystery to sell itself. I think any one of you could have made a better demo.

RM-1N looks more fun to me. Or I will wait and see what LAL comes up with. Going to go cleanse with Warhead, Forward, and Dudman.

Almost all their music (whether played by them or some Coffee & Riffs friends) sounds pretty much the same. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing. It is what it is. Some people like it. I'm kinda on the fence. Obviously, you can't please everybody. I think the pedals sound good, but I agree, the musical context is mostly a little too specific to appeal to a mass market or something like that. :idk:

With all of their videos that aren't the 20-minute-long technical demos I think it's pretty fruitless to always think that what's happening on-screen and what's going into your earholes necessarily equates. It bothers me a little bit when I'm this hyped on a thing because I wanna know all the deets in exacting detail, but that can wait until their tech demo.

Or until I get the one that I pre-oredered, whichever comes first. :excellent:
