All right, sad news for my 2-shirt-buying peeps. Since the campaigns are produced in completely separate facilities, and production times will vary from facility to facility, Teespring doesn't have a way at this time to bundle shirts from different campaigns to a single seller. The support person was very apologetic, and said that they're working on a solution, but there's nothing they can offer at this time.
I suppose that one possible solution for international homies would be if you had a stateside buddy that you could ship the two shirts to, and have that person send them to you as a single package. It might come in a little cheaper than doubling up on int'l shipping, though there would be added wait time.
Sorry about that, folks. Hopefully it doesn't dissuade anyone.
