I have played and examined all said fuzz and non fuzz boxes involved. Right now I'm wanting to jump on that Freeze.

Would trading a furr fuzz with a wah filter knob be a fair trade to everyone?

So far, so fuzzy. Can't figure out for the life of me what the etched creepy puzzle face one is. Its creepy and loud lol (not a bad thing)

The Ab Synth here is quite a different beast than I played through when I had the fuzzhugger tourbox. Have the versions changed? This ones darker, and doesn't occilate high pitches like the one I used before did. More low drones than high ones.

The Noisemaker Plus Fuzz and Cherry Box seem like they would rip on guitar, but on bass they suuuuuck the low end out.

The Great Wall does exactly what it's supposed to, a wall of fuzz like no other. Great pedal.

The Fuzzrocious Rat is as always just like a rat, dirty and grindy, and just like my Rat King except without a bunch of wasted features I never use anyways. Hmmmmm...

The Holowon is interesting. Freq sweeped fuzz? It can get pretty muddy and bassy, to annoying and piercing. I like it

Here's what I have on the table; trade ideas and such. I only have a few pedals I can trade, and a couple of them are big boxy things that do more than one thing.

I really like the Fuzzhugger AB-Synth 5K (its darker and more pimp than the one I had in the last Fuzzhugger tour box), and the Rat Tail. The Holowon is amazing as well, and it gets into the bleep-blurp-fizz-WANG-zip-zip-zip-BLERGH-RATATATA territory that the Absynth does, its just not as controllable. The Megalith, while loud deep and harsh, isn't quite my taste (I still love my Pickle Pie B the most for be all end all deep fuzz). The others weren't half bad, just not my thang.

So I have a couple of trade scenarios for thinking on:

1) My Rat King (double distortion level settings, an Oscillation switch that's tunable, blend between silicon and LED diodes, and a switch to bypass diodes) for the Rat Tail. "But Joe you already have a Rat King, why downgrade?" For simplicitys sake. I only ever used the one dist setting (lower gain), and the smaller footprint appeals to me. The only thing is that the oscillator doesn't play well with buffered pedals infront of it. It likey the front of the chain, close to the end and it doesn't do anything. The art work is all white with a graphic that's peeling off. So it's kinda ugly. Value new they're 210, so I'd put this one at 170.

2)I'd love to trade my SS/BS Hawk for the Absynth 5k. The value on the Hawk is about 100, and the value on the absynth used I've seen around 130-150. A little bit of fuzzy math, but I figured the combined trade of the Rat King-Rat Tail and the Hawk-Absynth kinda evened up the deal. Chuck I think the box goes back to you after me, so it's pretty much up to you.

3)I've got a couple of other pedals I could send instead of the Hawk that my be tastier to you, but they're big box names and big ass pedals:
Vox Delaylab (like new with box)
Digitech Whammy 4 (bought new last summer with box, papers, and power supply)
TC Electronics Ditto X2 Looper (brand new with box and papers, bought it this summer)
Akai Headrush 2 (older, but with box)

Glad this thing seemed to go well.

The first and second senerios together seem reasonable to me.

Any scenario involving the Whammy would make me happy!
