agreed.
I don't hate Rush but I don't have any desire to listen to 'em.

Not every Yes album is Tales from Topographic Oceans. I'll freely admit they kinda lost their damned minds on that one. The Yes Album and Fragile are fucking awesome and they aren't even like concept albums at all. They're just a bunch of good songs with insanely beefy bass tone. Roundabout and Yours is No Disgrace are just rockin' tunes.

I've tried to listen to Roundabout like 5,000 times.
The only Yes song I've ever liked... was Foreplay. Which is by Boston.

Yea Sunn is a band I've tried numerous times to get into.. Just can't. I can understand fully why other people do. I think the lack of percussion just kinda kills it for me. I keep thinking it's a build up to a song and then nothing.

Yeah, I like Sunn, but I don't listen to them very often. Their live album in the church is pretty cool, though.
I really love the Yes album art, though. Roger Dean is awesome.

Roundabout is the ONLY Yes song I like

but I like sunn a lot more,[overall I like their white and black ones best out of everything they've done so far] but then I like most things gloomy so whatever

and as for prog I think ELP is better then Yes and Rush

Most of the time I'm listening to CDs in my car or on my living room set-up, so all the time.
Sometimes I shuffle in my living room depending on the album/type of music (usually electronic).

My favourite Yes album was actually 90125

I tend to dislike them because they seem to stand for everything I tend to not like about some prog

Never listened to a whole album just select random tracks every so often. I guess I should say live precussion that's not a drum machine or mixed down to pitter patter drum machine like. That still felt like it was going to build into an actual song and still didn't. Pretty boring. Thanks though. I do have the Sunn/Boris collab. I've listened to it once, that wasn't so bad.

I agree with both of you. if I'm going to listen to Boris I rather listen to Absolutego or Amplifier Worship. I just happened to pick up that vinyl on ebay for 7 bucks. it's the 3 lp version in blue. apparently that's rare or something.
