I think the depths sounds ok on guitar - I don't really care for that Gilmourish phasey vibey stuff - but it sounds absolutely rad on bass. Not sure how it would sit in a mix, but wow, that demo was fantastic.

I want one for the Gilmourish phasey vibey stuff and I'm actually holding off the purchase of a Small Stone or a Sibling until I get one of these!

Also this is the best demo of the Arpenoid I've heard. I want one again after hearing that "rhythm setting" also the breakdown at like 1:45. Also if you go to the actual YouTube page you can enter to win the pedal (just have to make a comment on the video, no Facebook/Twitter shit):

exactly  Gilmour wannabes united!

the thing that has always bothered me about the Small Stone is you can't really go with high rates... it get's to throbby... whereas this sounds awesome

although i'm quite aware I can't replace it, because i like slow modulation as well and even though noone shows the low rate setting, I doubt it'll go "slow enough"

the omnipresent problem of "i have THAT but i kind of like THIS more but i need THAT for THAT sound and THIS won' probably do it well and what do i do"
i mean i'm not hooked on certain sounds, i'm pretty flexible with them, but still...
