i wouldn't mind if multi_s would build a similar production model with decent footswitches and guitar (=foot controlable) oriented. Would be amazing!

Determining the net worth and subsequent sale price of a company or brand can be difficult, reaching a final sale price that is satisfactory to both parties can be challenging as well. $9K for goodwill and a breadboard for a product which could be duplicated at a significantly lower financial and moral cost is ridiculous.
I'd be interested to see profit and loss statements, at the same time, 5% royalty? Those arrangements require quite a bit of trust on each end and the administrative costs can quickly devour any actual profits. In short: lawyers win these deals more often than their representatives.
