This one is based on the triangle with a switch for a circuit that the builder believes to be the mod that Cornish performed on David Gilmour's muffs. I might have liked a vintage sovtek green muff a friend of mine has just about as much, though.

Ha, that one was mine. (That's even my pic

That's a good un. If you could have only one muff, you could do a lot worse than that.
He quit making them just after I sold that one

I didn't want to snap a photo of my own unit so I just found one on the web. It is a very good muff and when he was making them his price was pretty reasonable.....$125. I lusted after a Fuzz Epic for quite a while. For fuzz I am down to the Muff Diver and a Trombetta Bone Machine. I've nearly sold the Muff Diver as I am not sure I need more than just the Bone Machine as far as fuzz goes. I know that is sacrilege on a site called "I love fuzz".

All right so i got this

in the mail today

it's a custom Green Muff by MadeByMike with added Mids. The miniswitch takes the mids knob out of the circuit
i've been playing with it for a while and wow, did someone say BOOMY AS FUCK?
It might have too much boom for using it for rhythm on a daily basis, but it sounds pretty gnarly so i guess i can use it from time to time... plus if you turn your volume down just a bit, it losts the boominess and get's very nice
and boosted with Fulldrive it delivers one of the most gorgeous lead tones i've been able to get from my rig

SO THICK

I was thinking of getting some MadeByMike stuff, good to read some positive things about his stuff. I saw a demo for his "Dream box" thing last week - It's Siamese Dream in a box. IC Muff and MXR Distortion II in one twin pedal. I wouldn't mind just getting one of his IC Muffs on it's own though.
Also like the graphic on your pedal as well. Was thinking of getting some decals of similar stuff for my Les Paul.

i used to have an LBMP. i traded it. I'm rather ashamed to admit what for. It was starting to sound like ass to my ears, though, which makes me sad. :<

MBM is the shiznit. I have one of his IC Muffs, and it just simply slays. He's a really nice guy and really doesn't charge enough for his work.
