This thread has only made me interested in lace sensor pickups....
And I can get them at work. I should check on that discount.

Seriously, it's pretty sad you have to say built to INFANEM standards. Seems like she is in the biz of milking other builders. You've got cool enough stuff to build your own steam/reputation, and not to have to profit share. Just saying...

That said, Devi was the initial contact, and probably has distribution resources beyond what Ken has on his own. And some people dig just doing the design & production stuff themselves, and not having to deal with the marketing / networking / other crap that goes into business. I'm sure that Ken is getting paid for his work, and his name will get out there as being central to this pedal. Perhaps he sees this as one step towards building his own business that will be easier than if he was doing this part alone.

I can see that.. But on the other hand, how about saying on the enclosure "networked by Devi Ever, designed and built by Infanem." Lol or even just a Devi Ever/Infanem Collab

but Kens got to know that dealing with Devi is a mixed bag for PR, and very little, if any, credit thus far has gone into mentioning INFANEM.

Well, good job. Why's it a Devi Ever pedal?

Fair enough - one would hope that Ken's thought it through and got his reasons (and feels that he's getting compensated properly), but I agree that giving INFANEM some public props would be a good thing, for sure.

if nothing else, it makes me appreciate INFANEM's work more. I want to try his stuff, but I just haven't yet.
i was initially laughing when devi billed this as the "ultimate fuzz," yet her circuits weren't being used.

I offered co credit and have been pretty open about Ken's engineering work with defx recently.
I think you'll be seeing a lot more infanem/defx joint productions as the months go by.

Also, the concept was mine. Implementation by Ken. Inspiration by Billy.
Believe me. No one is losing in this whole situation.
... and lol at me being some kind of pedal succubus.

Console III decked out with the Mixer, clean knob and the active EQ, so you can mix your favourite fuzzes.
