Oh now I get it. I don't think I have yet done "Helen" though we did a workout with a woman's name the other night. I started with the whole Crossfit thing just before Christmas so I am a little in the dark about all the different workouts but all of them are pretty brutal - - - especially when you are working to get into better shape- --- but that is the point!

Yeah man, Crossfit seems pretty awesome. The folks I know who are into it are in great shape. Have fun!

just got my Infanem. OMG - I hope I will be able to wring some sense out of this. Any tips on how to avoid glitchyness?

adjust the range knob accordingly (depending on what area you play on the neck)
play the neck pickup and higher than the 7th fret.

So, it should be under $400, as he said he wanted to keep the cost well below that, which is why he is not including the drone and other attachment...he will be posting schematics for those, so people can either build them or buy them if they are so inclined. Artwork is subject to change, and this is just me guessing, but I'm thinking they should be starting to roll out by late february.
