What is weird about Corona is that the one for exportation is lighter than the one they sell domestically, it´s more like the "Modelo" sold here.

Dude, I'm mexican as they come and outside of Boehmia and some Modelos, I think our beer sucks!

Rogue brewery for me!

The Oktoberfest is really good. Dortmunder is average as the next beer out there unless you have it on tap (especially at the brewery). Christmas ale....ughh. Good once or twice during the season.

Sadly my 3 favorite beers are seasonals. :whateva:
1. Bells HopSlam
2. Southern Tier PumKing
3. 3 Floyds Apocalypse Cow

I have a 6er of Bells 25th Anniversary Ale in the fridge right now. Gonna smoke a brisket today and drink the Bells, so I imagine I'll be posting in the High or Drunk (or both) thread later on!

Dude! Another three months and it's Hopslam time. Word up on the Pumking as well... I'd been drinking a lot of Buffalo Bill's Pumpkin Ale (which is pretty good and basic), but then I moved up to Dogfish Head Punk'n, which is great. BUT THEEEEEN last Saturday I had a Pumking... yikes... it's like drinking a pumpkin pie.

Good choices (although I've never had Apocalypse Cow).

Just thought I would mention something I just saw advertised on the Discovery Channel.
Starting Nov. 21st, there's gonna be a new show called Brew Masters. It looks like the tv version of this thread..alot of talk about unique, micro-brew beers.
In the ad, it looked like the host was visiting the Dogfishhead company..maybe that's the first episode? :)

Just worked my way through two 4-pack Unibroue taster packs. That's 8 bottles of 8.5—10% goodness. Now hitting a 6-pack of Sierra Nevada Glissade golden bock.

LORD AND GRAVY! That's some beer that you have just drank and also it is a lot of it.

Just bought my friend a Trois Pistoles for Xmas. Dude. TWO 4-packs of Unibroue? Fuuuuuuuck. Also picked up a Stone Double Bastard for my other jerk friend.

Last night I bought a sixage of Lagunitas Little Sumpin' Sumpin'. My, that's a fruity IPA. Pleasant.

Thanks for keepin' this thread THE F'REALS! Apparently I started this thread on my birthday. I don't remember that.
