dang, that tele is crazy
what's the setup with the springs and the shorter saddle on the high E?
Is it a bender of some type? (EDIT: Looking at additional pics looks like a Trem just for the E string??????)
Super flipping curious feel like I should know about this

Here is a link to their facebook page, I think his website is being updated. It is a small two man operation, but they are fearless and will tackle anything. Attention to detail is mind blowing considering they just build in a garage, no fancy cnc or anything. I have had a lot of nice guitars, and nothing has compared to this. I went from being a guitar hoarder to having just this. It is now my only guitar.

The saddle looks shorter because it holds a tremolo bar there. It is an unusual tremolo setup, but not a bender. It is essentially a fixed bridge system because the saddles don't move. So it is kinda like a compact bigsby if that makes sense. It feels like a bigsby, not a fulcrum. Stays in tune great and can even pull up. The bridge is by a company called trem king.
Here is a pic with the bar on:

Thanks for the link to those Rhinehart folks. I can see me hitting them up down the road for a custom build for sure. And your Tele is so great. I'm really, really loving that finish.
I recently picked up a new Eastwood Stormbird ($300 on closeout!) and began converting it to be the bastard child of a non-reverse Firebird and a Jazzblaster. Pretty happy with how it's coming along so far. The maestro is purely ornamental/cosmetic, btw. Now I just need to figure out how I'm going to wire it up in the whacky way that I'd like to do.

not mine but borrowing from a friend for a couple of months while he's overseas
bastardized 60-something musicmaster body + '65 mustang neck that's easily one of the nicest i've ever laid hands on

Need your votes. Guard or no guard? I like both a lot. Can't decide. Guard is off now, but I'm thinking about putting it back on.

^ Keep the guard, I think.
Also damn. I never like flames tops but that is a gorgeous axe.
