Meh, cover bands aren't that much money, unless you're in the long haul. Overheads include lights and your own sound system, about a year of playing around and fucking great marketing/just fucking knowing or meeting the right people.

My new originals band is doing an extra long, crowd centered cover of J. Geils Band's "Centerfold" now, we haven't played it live, but we will soon. We're doing it because we just got scheduled to open for some band since the guitarists other band couldn't make it.

I'm partly surprised my old cheesy cover band from last summer never thought to play that song.

That's one way to do it. Much better than being in a wedding band. And you don't have to wear a duck egg blue monkey suit.

I should snap some shots of my parents wedding photos next time I'm home. Choppers, Duck egg blue suits and handle bar moustaches all around. The 80s were nuts.

Mullet haircuts too? I was there (not at your parents wedding) but the 80s. The decade that taste forgot.

I took out a book from the library in May and I've renewed it online four times because I'm too lazy to go back to that library.

One time I had like $8 in late fees at the library. The old lady there was horrified. I was just like "yeah, I'm one of those bad boys you want to keep your granddaughter away from."

Currently hiding in the bathroom for a sec because I'm sick of getting shafted at work and it's about to get a whole lot worse in a few minutes.
Note: I do not literally get shafted at work.
Man, I miss being unemployed sometimes.

I finally bought some pomade instead of gel.

I'm a handsome man. Handsome, handsome man.

And I need clothes that say, "Yeah, I make over $40,000 a year" even though that's a bold-faced lie.

No, I know the importance of subtlety.

I'm not new to product.

The only problem I have found with having a nice wardrobe is my cleaning bills are fucking astronomical. Shirts are cheap, but everything else is ridiculous.

I pay a lot of attention to a good tie dimple.
