I was meeting a guy who responded to a craigslist posting to jam and you figure, shit, I'll meet them outside and size everything up, and my mother in law says " meeting some guy from craigslist? I hope you don't get RAPED". Fortunately a good time was had by all. Nothing horrible occurred.

Oh was I ranting I guess it is easier to just leave your drum stuff everywhere and I guess those broken skins do look better on the floor in front of my amp instead of IN THE GARBAGE. This is why there's no "post yer drums" thread amirite?

the only way to resolve those problems is by dedicating space to each person to do as they please.
notice what our drummer has decided to do with his

a BIG garbage can also helps,
and peeps can't fuss about beer bottles getting thrown out, or left on the curb for someone else to cash in.

actually 8" speakers
they were replacement speakers for the montreal subway PA system that never got installed (from the 60s)
bought them at a garage sale.
built the 2'X4' cabs myself and they've been pounding out noise since.
I had envisioned switching the front plate for 4X12s when the 8" died.. but they're still trucking hard.
