a long long time ago when I was a kid, I had a guitar teacher with one of these Kramers with a wooden neck-thru instead of aluminum. Pretty sure it was a Kramer, too. And it sounded sweet.

I had a 450g aluminum neck just like that for 1 week. It was it a lot shittier shape and I want one back so bad...

there's a 450g, with the original pickups, in the "vintage room" at the guitar center in rockville - well, it was there like 3 weeks ago. about the same price as that ebay one...
