No I didn't, I don't like the new site so I don't do there as much... Really though I can see why. The price... there are ONLY FOUR OUTS, the price, the menu editor, the price...

For the bass board, specifically teh poly tune, dou just strum all of teh abss string at once? that seems kinda silly to me, :idk: .

I use Polytunes because I like the display (especially in sunlight) and I've gotten them very cheap; don't use "poly" mode at all.

i bought a Poly to try the "strum all 6 strings at once" thing on bass. doesn't work for shit. decent single note tuner with a big 'ole display though.

And that is all that is really ever needed.

You got the Waldorf! How do you find the Blofeld keyboard? I still haven't picked mine up yet (pedals/rent got in the way, and a brief interest in a Korg SV-1), but post Xmas, I'm planning on sorting it.

I love it! Two things about it to know, the filter has an odd character all its own. I guess you could say it's a little metallic, I'd try to describe it but words are inadequate for describing it. Best advice is to try it in person first, but that's no terribly realistic for most folks.

Second thing 99% of the presets are garbage. So of the 1000 plus settings maybe ten or so are useable. Luckily the menus are super easy to navigate so progamming's a breeze. Overall it's amazing, but I wish it had midi thru.

I've been meaning to get a basic recording setup for half a year now but these damn ILF builders keep putting out pedals that I can't resist. Hopefully early next year when all the dust of year end spending has settled.
