Hey yeah that is pretty good. World didn't end party time! Plus christmas. I love christmas! Can't wait to give my dad his present, which is a harmonica neck holder thing so he can fulfill his dream of being Bob Dylan.

I got tired of people asking me how to do this one thing at work, so I'm making an incredibly throrough instruction manual for it today complete with pictures! Yay productivity! (And nobody else is around today to distract me).

There's something incredible about driving home at 3 am, randomly flipping through radio stations, and finding Rush.

I agree, that's when I realize that I could have been listening to a CD this whole time.

I would definitely put a cd on if Rush was on the radio.

motherfucker, let me tell you - yesterday was intense

being a responsible musician, i showed up for the soundcheck on time... the soundguy however was nowhere near... not my problem, it's not my event, so we prepared ourselves for the gig the best way we could - at first we sat around, drinking energy drinks, smoking and listening to Eric Truffaz... later on we got high, watched the first band...

then there was a problem with projections (The Wall was on the programme), so we got told to have a jam... fricking high as a kite, i got on the stage and we had a two-guitar-one-drums half hour-long postrock/drone jam with heavily fluctuating dynamics :!!!:

then we found out there's not gonna be The Wall projected... we were blessed with Live At Pompeii instead :!!!: :yay:

so i watche live at Pompeii, still high and now absolutely psyched from the jam

then a bit of break when i got pretty much normal, only without any stagefright at all :)

and we hit the deck and it was probably the best show yet... 200 people, awesome sound, energy (even though the stage was tiny, so not much space to enjoy ourselves), every song was pretty much spot on... and we got told by many that we're getting better every time :)

than i had an awesome friendly talk with my ex and went home, shit was amazing
