Who said that, Romney? Sounds like typical, "I want spending cut but don't have the balls to do it myself so I'll just pass the buck along in the name of the 10th amendment BS." Taking a page out of soon-to-be-former-gov. Walker's book. Unless that's an older quote.

I don't actually know. I think it heats to 80.
@Maz: College shit is rough. Try just sitting down and making a list of things that you like, and seeing what you could do that relies on those interests.
And for the procrastination,the best thing to do is just stop. It might sound obvious, but you can't really ease into it. Just stop procrastinating.
