Gonna grab some pants to go with them and just say fuck it to the whole fitting thing?  I kid, there's some Raf wide legs from 05 on SF I'm pining for.

The guy was a member on SZ (banned though) so I snagged the first before it hit ebay and the second while I as at it. Hah, don't think I'll be going full Yohji but we'll see Long time admirer but never imagined wearing it myself so I wont rule out the possibility. Without seeing the pants in question I'll say wide legs are hard to pull off in the context of most peoples' wardrobes. Maybe yours is different, but mines trends towards straight or top heavy silhouettes.

  Nice! The second one's boiled wool?

Yeah, that's what's holding me back...

Wut? Wide legs are fantastic. You can go all "I'm a big, bad motherfucker" with wide legs. Also they help me conceal my beer belly, but that might not be a reason for everyone. But yeah, Raf Simons has great examples of how to wear wide legs and look great. I love a sailor look, striped tight tee or sweater and wide legged trousers? Come on, shit is ShARP! Do it!

Shitty pic. But it's a KT66, supposedly works as a stand-in for 5881, and I've always been lusting for one of these KT things. Hmmmmm. Good times, I hope.

not really. It is a complete different design than 5881/6L6/EL34, it is a tetrode - but it may work...
it is one of my favorite output tube :thumb:

It was the only one that was advertised as a stand-in. I am hoping it will work.

We'll see. The Koch has auto-bias. I will report after the change. Probably tomorrow.
