Honestly, phish could ditch the vocals altogether. Trey has a good voice, and I understand the whole gamehendge story, but its just a bit to abstract for me. Still love em though.

The only good jam band is a dead jam band. And that's not saying the Grateful Dead are good. It means the whole genre sucks and they all need to die. There are a few events I might smile if I found out a bomb went off at said even, they aret: Nazi rally, Al Qaeda meeting, Falcons/Bucs game, and Bonnaroo/Burning Man.

Full disclosure: I like the Dead, and Phish, and the Allman Brothers Band, and drone music.

That said, this whole page is full of hilarity.

Also, Phish is way, way, way more of a party than most other bands. That's pretty true for most of the Jam scene, but they're the only guys out there who seem to have the chops to keep the gig centered on the music, rather than the drugs.

I had a dude at work trying to explain drone to me. I'm sitting there listening to him and I'm like "wut? one note? I don't...I don't understand". Yea I totally don't get it, like at all. Sounds lame as fuck to me.
