I want to do one with Goroth where we debate which Opeths albums are the best and what's the best prog out there.

I'm down. I have no idea if folks here would be, though?

I'm sure there is a silent majority

I mean, if you try to relate it to small pedal businesses and the boutique market in some way, that would probably be really interesting. Sincerely, the silent majority.

I drove a total of 13 hours the last 2 days and I listened to the ILFcast the whole time.
I want to do one with Lordgalvar and Crochambeu. I dont know who would record it though. I honestly would do it with whoever wanted. I'm a narcissist. I want y'all to hear my sexy southern twang. Plus I fell off the ILF wagon for the last year. I missed you guys. It would be cool shooting the shit with you guys.

As a Freakonomics books and podcast fan and small time economist, I totally want to hear that.

While I personally don't find the subject exhilarating:

I legitimately think there's potential there, but only if it has to do with gear. An economic explanation of GAS, or having you treat BOB/Ruiner's insanity/habits as a text could be pretty good. But for god's sake don't start geeking out about p values....

I could rant forever about why Devi Ever, the original not Devi Ever under Aen and Louis, did a HORRIBLE job setting prices on pedals. Other builders used to do similar things, but it's gotten better in the last few years....
Talking about how pedalbuilders price pedals and how different types of gear markets work is really interesting to me.

Then fucken do it
No really that sounds cool. Episode with a theme/organizing principle work best anyway.

I legit learned most microeconomic models I know by relating it to the second hand market of guitar stuff. It is rather perfect because musicians attach to much value to inexplicable things. Mojo
