Can't emphasize this enough. it rarely gets summer enough in Germany for Dinosaur Jr to really catch on, but when I'm in Portugal in the summer months, this is what I love. Also Pavement and Daniel Johnston is stuff I can only really enjoy to when the asphalt gets liquid.

I agree with you guys about all seasons except for summer. I am awfully miserable all summer; I fucking hate it. That oppressive heat when I just sit there and sweat. Fucking blech. I've told my wife a hundred times that when my son grows up and moves out, I'm moving us to Greenland or Alaska. If I had my druthers I'd never experience another summer again.

Alrighty.

It's currently raining in Summer when my nuts should be melting in the heat.

Just came back from band rehearsal. I must say that sticking to water instead of the usual two beers makes me much more focused and productive. Going to keep it that way. Also we worked on a new song that rips! I get to play punk-ass stuff and sing all mellow. YAY! Also our bassist came up with an awesome, simple and effective line that I have bouncing in my head despite the fact that I listened to almost an entire Omega Massiv album on the way home.
