I don't know why I didn't think that i'd really like Transistor, even though Bastion wasn't my thing. Picked it on on PS4 and it's right up my alley. Really impressed by the visuals and sound direction.

Some parts are a little wanky though.

Finally got around to Re-slaughtering Emerald and Ruby Weapons after finishing FFVII a little while ago. It's more of a challenge in patience than difficulty when you're correctly equipped.

Now i'm going to continue with RE:0 after I randomly decided to smash through RE4 last week. :idk:

I'm 16 all over again.

I've been playing Final Fantasy V on my iPhone and contemplating what I want to play at home on the PS3. Kind of feel like starting FFVII but may play Ni No Kuni instead. I'm conflicted.

Sunless Sea was free to play for this week-end on Steam and a co-worker really liked it so I tried it a bit and it's quite nice. I might buy it later today. I don't care at all for the rogue-like aspect (I chose the option to be able to manually save) but the exploration/atmosphere are quite nice.

Never got around to Ni No Kuni, I think that I could probably it pick up pretty cheap now. I'd like to give it a play through it before the sequel eventually comes.

EDIT:
Does anyone else's PS4 get particularly loud? I know the basic concept of more intensive games requiring more power hence more noise. But geez, I wouldn't have expected Transistor to make that kind of racket.

I just don't know where else I can store the damn console, especially where it's cool with even more ventilation than it had.

I think there's been a general noise complaint about the PS4's fans.

I bought it yesterday (Sunless Sea). I treat it as an adventure game and it works fine like that so far :).

Word to anyone looking for some pretty unique indie horror; the full version of IMSCARED was released on steam today. I just finished it myself and I'm pretty pleased with it. I would definitely recommend it for the $4 it costs.

Even though I already have tons of games I don't have time to play (Steam and PSN) I'm probably going to get Star Wars Battlefront to play with some friends on PS4. It's 50% off this week, at that price it's worth it...

I think that I really like MGO3 and Titanfall because they really are pretty great drop-in/drop-out kind of games. I don't gel with most FPS games because you really have to keep your skills sharp and the community just splits whenever there's new Map DLCs which makes it even less enticing to play casually.

EDIT:
I haven't played many Survival/Crafting games, but I'm looking forward to The Long Dark. It has a pretty nice artstyle and somehow manages to be voiced by bothCommander Shepards, David Hayter and Elias Toufexis which is crazy to me.
