Haha yeah I saw that; seems like they went through a lot of effort to make the front of the guitar look presentable and then just said fuck it when they got to the back cover plates.

I just sent the seller a message asking if they had any more info on the wiring.

given that you need inductors and what-not, i can't think there could be more than 16 unless you were using a switch array more than 2" in diameter. you just couldn't fit all that shit on a rotary switch.

Ah, hell, privacy settings. It's a vintage Guild painted with Tinkerbell across the face.

A showgirl instead of Tinkerbell, I guess. That would have been cooler.

Ahhhh..... This is one of our Functional Circuitry Enhancement assemblies. So this was originally a Fender MIJ Jazzmaster...

All effects and circuitry are analog.

Now, the bells and whistles...
1. Mastery Jazzmaster Bridge
2. Schaller Straplocks
3. 12 Position Inductor Varitone
4. Overdrive
5. Aggression Fuzz
6. Attacker Fuzz
7. Compressor
8. Tremolo (Rate Controllable)
9. Bit Crusher
10. Fender TBX
11. Killswitch
12. Noisemaker Switch
13. Black Ice Passive OD
14. Series Pickup Wiring Switch
15. Volume/Tone Bypass (Hotter Output)
16. Lead/Rhythm Selector
17. Bridge PU Global On (Allows Bridge PU to be used in both modes.

These are custom Fender Jazzmaster pickups that are from the USA made line I ordered directly from Fender. This guitar does have a couple scratches on it from the years, but in very good condition.

Comes with the original gig bag and the red strap.

If you have any interest in having these modifications done to any of your instruments, contact me.
Got some info from the seller:
All the passive tone variables are before active circuits. Phase reverse and series wiring first, then it leads to the standard jazzmaster lead/rhythm circuit, followed by the black ice/varitone. A drawn schematic will be included for the buyer.

The active chain goes COMP, OD, FUZZ 1, FUZZ 2, BIT, TREMOLO.

The compression circuit is an orange squeezer type circuit. Fuzz 1 and 2 are respectively a variant of the Foxx Tone Machine, and a Fuzz Factory. I've forgotten what the OD was, I completed this instrument over 5 years ago.

that would probably be totally badass as a studio/recording instrument. you could dial in about 500,000 tones.
