Reading the words "Sonic Ecstasy" in the heading for a guitar product makes me want to vomit in my mouth. Looking at this new age-trinity-Waterworld-ganja box mess makes my eyes want to vomit. ---Just "no." No tribal guitar products, no use of the word ecstasy---and certainly never following the word sonic.

This is not a new guitar, but it got pushed out at me in a facebook ad this morning because I've been looking at acoustics lately.

agree to some degree. like, classic electric guitars and basses were heavily influenced by car culture -the colors and shapes (somewhat) and even some of the instrument names were from cool cars. i kinda romanticize old cars and bikes, but i do hate the general machismo bullshit that's so common in those circles. ...and well, i guess in most circles.echorec wrote:Couldn't agree with you more on this one. FOR REAL! I use one of these. It sounds good and is super adjustable. But gat damn is it hideous. It really only looks natural on the pedalboard of some garbage numetal band.
