I have a new face.

I dunno why after years of having the old one, the fact that it was in blackface just got to me. :idk:

Bill Murray is good, too. No door in the head represents that I have not received the wisdom, which is kinda how I feel today.

Someday...

Got a buck this morning, he's now butchered and cooling down in the fridge. Jerky and steak time soon.

I've been feeling so good lately.
A super cute girl sat down beside me the other day in one of my classes. Anyhow we had a conversation and what not. Next class she smiled and came and sat down beside me again. I'm definitely going to ask her out the next time I see her. I can't get over how good looking she is.

A friend and me started a new radio show at the station we volunteer at. We are playing live improvised drone/noise musik on air together. Today was our first session. So much fun!

The Berlin wall came down 23 years ago today. I was only 9, but remember it vividly. Thinking of my ILF Deutsche Brüder today.

i was a lot older than 9--actually, i was going on 33--but i remember as clear as a bell. my second wife-to-be and i had gone to the Humboldt Redwoods for a weekend trip, and i was sitting in a motel room in Garberville watching CNN in a state of stunned awe. i could scarcely believe that Eastern Europe's Babylonian Captivity had finally ended.

This has been a crazy week:
Tuesday: 7 a.m. exit polling and donating blood. Not the same event mind you.
Wednesday meet with professor crazy early to discuss economics and grad school, recieved super useful advice on both counts
Thursday: meet with different professor more super-amazing advice recieved. Ran a review session for intelligent life in the universe. Drove to Salt Lake in the middle of the night to see A Place To Bury Strangers, I can't say I've ever seen such a fantastic combination of showmanship and skilled playing.
