You are forgiven sir.
After reading the first page of that thread the female bass player is the chick from A Perfect Circle I think, and James Iha played her basslines I bet.

Epic is the most over-used word EVAH. but that thread smacks of the good parts of epicness.

OMG...that thread goes along way towards forgiving TB for its other faults.
And I didn't know Iha is in APC.

I ha is in the band now, he wasn't wneh the article was written. The female bassist is Paz Lenchantin. So maybe Billy Howerdel played the bass on the record.

Her I knew about, and that isn't the first time that I'm aware of where it's been suggested that she may not be what she's supposed to be.

I thought that it was public knowledge and accepted that Billy played all the guitar and bass on that album, so I didn't know that it was a big deal that Paz never played on it. The first APC was pretty good, their second album was better, IMO. But I'm pretty sure that by the second album, they were more of a band than just Billy's project, and the bass parts were played by Twiggy (who is an underrated bassist, BTW). I saw them in concert during the Iha/Twiggy phase, and they were really tight. And Twiggy can actually do some great backing harmonies, too.

I really liked the first 2 albums. I remember watching the video for Judith my Junior year of high school and thinking she was pretty hot, I think I just have a thing for chicks who play bass. eMOTIVe really wasn't my thing though.
