Dude mine got shipped in a day and a half, I'll have it in the middle of next week. I would have been crazy if I had to wait 10 weeks.

YOU SO CRAZY ZOUNDS
And yeah, Delta, hoping it doesn't take 10 weeks. At least I guess I'll have the Cap to hold me over until it arrives, unless that sells. Then I'll have to revert to my other non-Strymon delays... (NO MORE STEREO????)

My quest has ended for guitar amps.
After searching for the right to come along, AND in the right condition.... I got 'er....
1967 All original Blackface Fender Showman.
In my humble opinion, the best 6L6 clean amp ever made. This is THE amp for pedals. Brilliant clean sound, doesn't break up at all, and the coveted AB763 circuit - non-master volume. Dome light jewel has been replaced to an orange one, and a grounded AC cord.
Tubes: NOS tall Sylvania's from the 60's, Telefunken 12AT7 and 12AX7, two Dumont 7025.
WOOOT.
You can bet your fargin arsehole all future guitar demos will be played through this.

Nimbus is great. Gonna record it? It sounds awesome with a large decaying verb and some dirt in front. Then try tapping some notes and swell with your volume knob (or volume pedal)

New bass day

It didn't arrive in pieces, but I pulled it apart as soon as I could. Should have it ready to play, cleaned up, set up, and rewired tomorrow. Hard case smells real musty, but we'll see if a couple days in the sun and fresh air can't fix that. Not bad for $200 shipped.

Telefunken 12AX7s? Jesus Christ, what did that cost you?
