Benny, if you ever want to flip that big box Hoof, talk to me!
Vega, you got a site for your stuff or do you build for yourself only?

I like to assemble and circuit bend pedals, fuzz being the obvious choice, since they are so rewarding - and because they're so damn pretty!
Played in plenty of bands, the last one (
http://www.myspace.com/dreistrockt/music) actually broke up because I used too much fuzz on the 2nd EP.

Hi guys,
It's been a LONG while and since everyone on here (except maybe HTSamurai) forgot about me, let me reintroduce myself.
I'm Mark, I'm 16, I've a strong interest in electronics in general, I used to build and sell pedals but I'm currently not doing that as I'm trying to come up with my own design (probably an OD loosely based on a Fuzz Face or Big Muff or something similarly vintagey and awesome). I've picked up bass since I was last active and actually have sort of identified with bass more than guitar, however, I don't play either nearly as much as I want to or should. Been also thinking of doing bass stuff for electronic music, perhaps doing some sampling for my brother... Anyhow, hi guys, how you been? What did I miss in a year?

Yeah, that avatar has some bad ass psychedelia to it

Wellcome back, You missed the EPIC downtime of ILF, the first ILF Secret Santa, small builders having their own Shark Tank, some crazy threads '
for lulz' inspired by the misadventures of another forum, and small mass-migration from that board...

Alright, been following threads for a while, time to introduce myself.
Hey guys, my name is James, I'm 19, I'm a lifeguard, and I play the bass. I'm an effects junkie and I love fuzz, lots of fuzz. I'm not in a band at the moment though I wish I was. I'm in university studying biology and environmental sciences. My life is fairly tied up with school, but in my spare time I like to play my bass and hang out with my friends. Some of my other hobbies include swimming, camping, hiking, and canoeing...basically anything that deals with the outdoors, I hate being stuck inside. Some people who have inspired me as a bass player include Eddie Breckenridge, Brian Herweg, Justin Chancellor and Troy Sanders. I enjoy a wide variety of music, except that new music shit, it's not even music. My favourite genres include post-hardcore, hard rock, progressive rock, progressive metal, classic rock, indie, ska/punk, and dubstep.
Well, that's all I have to say. Glad to be part of the ILF community

James

I'm Thomas,
I'm what like 26 now, been playing bass for like 10 years, Piano even longer, like 14. only really started playing guitar about 2 or 3 years ago though, then I went back to school and my playing has decreased. However, I've started playing my acoustic, because it's stinking convenient to just pick it up and go, and I've been writing some songs. you can check them out at
http://www.purevolume.com/thomasmahon. I still love my electric guitar an Ibanez JTK1 (always interested in more of those too), and making crazy sounds with my effects. I especially love Analog Delays I got a carbon copy for christmas a few years back and fell in love.
and Oh I love This:

Hi everybody,
I'm Guillaume (19), a french electric cellist, computer student and effects lovers

I practice a little bit DIY 3 years ago, and build one fuzz and a zvex machine (saled, sadely ...), but begin yet to made great mods on my pedalbord, and later made a few great fuzz/octave ....
Last year, my Rock/Metal/Exp. clashed, so I begin this year another trip, Ambiant/Electro/Exp. axed... hope sharing a few recordings this summer !
Regards,
